Data Security and Privacy Commitment

  • Personal Data and Processed Data

    The app may process technical data such as device model, iOS version, battery metrics, and performance indicators. In account-based flows, basic identity data such as name and email may also be collected.

  • On-Device Processing Principle

    Core test evaluation steps are performed on the device whenever possible. Raw technical data transfer to external systems is disabled by default unless the user explicitly shares outputs.

  • Advertising and Analytics

    Anonymous or aggregated analytics may be used to improve product quality. Aggressive personal profiling for advertising purposes is not used.

  • Permissions (Camera, Microphone, Location, etc.)

    Camera permission may be requested for lens checks, microphone permission for audio tests, and location permission only when a specific feature requires it. Permissions are limited to stated functional purposes.

  • Data Retention and Sharing

    Data is retained for the period necessary to provide the service and is not sold to third parties. It is only shared based on legal obligations, explicit consent, or required service integrations.

  • User Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

    Users may request access, correction, deletion, objection to processing, and data portability where applicable. Requests are reviewed within reasonable periods under KVKK and GDPR principles.
